The formulation and resolution of problems is assumed for each new problematic situation and favors intelligent organizations, open to the learning of all its members, with the capacity to experiment for the achievement of its educational objectives and clarity of goals. It allows to systematically face and solve problems; to generate new approaches and experimentations; to learn from one's own experience and, at the same time, to question it. Seen from another perspective, this methodology is an instance for the generation of new work cultures in educational organizations. |
